The Goal
The goal for Eat. Sleep. Pump is to inform guys AND gals on how to exercise to reach your fullest potential. Meaning, getting the maximum amount of strength out of your body (mentally and physically), look the way you want to look, exercising properly, and applying the principles of working hard in the gym to real life to be a happier person. I know for some of you, there has been a turning point that made you decide to start wanting to workout to have a good looking body or gain strength to be stronger than someone else, or just to make yourself feel better and be in shape.
